You can secure the coat rack to the wall with 4 x 40 mm torx 20 galvanised chipboard screws. Do keep in mind that you will need to combine the screw with a nylon wall plug when fixing the coat rack to a brick or concrete wall. When attaching the coat rack to a wooden surface, we recommend drilling a pilot hole with a 3 mm hardwood drill bit.

The ideal height of a coat rack is different for each person and every household. On average, the coat rack will be at a height of 170 to 175 cm from the floor. Is the coat rack meant to be accessible for children? In that case, make sure it is about 1 meter from the ground. If you want to put up more than one coat rack, keep 15 cm between the racks horizontally.
