Epoxy wood filler

Our epoxy putty ready-to-use is very user-friendly because the 2 component epoxy is already proportionally in one tube. In addition, it has a short drying time, allowing you to repair your damaged wood in no time. The application time of this product is between 6 and 8 minutes at a temperature of 20 degrees. This means that this Rotten wood filler starts to harden by then. It is therefore important that you know in advance which part you are going to repair. Do not make more than you can apply in about 8 minutes.

2 component epoxy putty

Before you start applying the Rotten wood filler, it is important that the treated wood is well dry and also free of Fabric and grease. If necessary, you can treat the wood with a wood cleaner, for example. 

Followed by grabbing a mixing board and one or more modelling knives, spray the 2-in-1 Rotten wood filler on the mixing board. Mix it well until it forms a consistent beige paste. Tip, regularly spread the paste thinly and then blend it together again. This way you can be sure that the mixture is well mixed.

Then take some of the mixture on your modelling knife and apply it to the surface material to be treated. Press the modelling knife against the wood and sweep the mixture into the damage. For larger holes or damage, it may be useful to apply the mixture in two or even three applications. If necessary, provide a damp cloth to remove excess epoxy.

Are you happy with the result? Nice! Let it cure for at least half an hour before sanding or painting over the epoxy.

Is it still not quite to your liking? The 2-in-1 rotten wood filler still moulds well for up to about 6 Ã 8 minutes.
