Strap Hinge Black 60 cm - With Half Moon

This black strap hinge 60 cm is often used for gates, fences or garden doors with a width of 80 cm. The hinges are made of 0.5 cm thick galvanised steel. This gives them a great enormous carrying capacity. Due to the black top layer and powder coating, the hinges have a long life. These offer protection against oxidation and rust.

The 4 mounting holes can be used in conjunction with lag screws or carriage bolts. We prefer carriage bolts because they secure the hinges more firmly. Choose a gate gate higher than 90 cm for 3 hinges. By using 3 black hinges, warping of the garden door is prevented. Do not forget to order our black hinge hooks 16 mm. Without these hooks, it is impossible to use the hinges.

These half moon hinges are straight. This means that your door is 2 cm outside the door frame. For garden doors or gate fences that need to fit exactly into the door frame, we recommend our black hinges with resistance.

Note: for hinges with a 16 mm hinge hook, use M8 bolts and not M6!
