Frencken wood filler in the colour Mahogany
.The colour Mahogany is, as already mentioned on this page, a very Popular colour when filling holes and cracks on Hardwood. The colour is close to wood species such as ipe, bangkirai and karibu. Commonly used, for example, to hide deck screws in the garden. Be careful then! We do recommend finishing it then, for example with a good Hardwood Oil. Another colour often used on Hardwood is Meranti. You can clearly see the differences between these two colours on the second image with the product above.
Applying Wood filler from Frencken - This is how to do it!
Before you start applying the wood filler itself, we recommend preparing the surface material properly. This is because it should be free of moisture, dirt and grease. If necessary, you can use a wood cleaner for this. Then you can easily apply the wood filler using, for example, a spatula or putty knife. You can easily order these in our webshop. In some cases, for larger holes, it is better to apply several layers until the right thickness is reached. After drying for 10 hours, it is possible to repaint the wood filler.
