Use the 7 mm hardwood drill bits to pre-drill into the wood. Then place the mounting holes of the post holder over the drilled holes and secure them firmly with M10 coach screws. Then drill holes in the appropriate places in the Concrete. Insert nylon plugs into the holes and place the post holder and tighten the M10 coach screws firmly. If necessary, add washers M10 for extra protection and strength.
