Angle Bracket 50 x 90 x 60 mm Galvanised - Per piece

Build extra robust and stable wooden structures with Wovar's Galvanised angle brackets. This angle bracket is 50 cm long, 90 cm high, 60 mm wide, and is made of Galvanised steel. Galvanised steel is incredibly strong, and the zinc layer also protects the bracket against rust.

Which fasteners do I need?

The angle bracket is equipped with 12 round mounting holes and 3 slotted holes. There are mounting holes of different sizes: eight 4 mm holes, four 6 mm holes, and three 8 mm holes.

To fasten the bracket, we recommend using galvanised chipboard screws 4 x 40 mm for the 4 mm holes, and galvanised coach screws M6 and M8 for the 6 and 8 mm holes.

Installing angle brackets

Fixing the coach screws can be done with a spanner or a socket wrench. M6 coach screws require a size 10, and M8 require a size 13 spanner. Drilling pilot holes is highly recommended when working with coach screws. Always drill a hole two sizes smaller than the size coach screw you will be working with. For an M6 screw, this means using a hardwood drill bit 4 mm. For an M8, use an 6 mm hardwood drill bit.
