Angle Brackets 35 x 35 mm Aluminium - Set of 6

Secure your fence panel with Wovar's aluminium angle brackets 35 x 35 mm. These angle bracket contain both round and slotted mounting holes. The slotted mounting holes absorb the changes in the wood.

Angle brackets for fence panels

This complete set consists of the following items:

1. 2 angle brackets 35 x 35 mm with 6 round mounting holes
2. 4 angle brackets 35 x 35 mm with 3 round and 2 slotted mounting holes
3. 14 self-tapping stainless steel screws 4 x 35 mm
4. 18 self-tapping stainless steel metal screws 4 x 20 mm

Is your fence made of hardwood? Then we recommend pre-drilling the holes for the screws with a 2 mm hardwood drill bit. Due to the self-tapping nature of the screws, this is not necessary for softwood.

Tip: For extra security, add anti-climb spikes on top of the fence. 

Installing angle brackets

Installing the aluminium angle brackets is simple, you will only need an electric screwdriver with a TX20 bit. Use 3 angle brackets on either side of the fence panel. Attach the angle brackets with only round mounting holes at the top of the panel, and the brackets with slotted holes in the middle and at the bottom.

For the angle brackets with slotted holes, make sure to attach the side with the slotted holes to the fence post. Be careful not to tighten these screws too much, so it is still able to change with the expansion and contraction of the wood.
