Installing the corner iron 140 x 140  

To install the Angle bracket 140 x 140, you do need a Couple of things. Make sure you have all the necessary materials and tools at hand.
- Angle bracket, screws, drill, tape measure, Carpenter's pencil and a wood drill bit to pre-drill.
- For the 38 mounting holes of 5 mm, it is best to use 4 mm chipboard screws.
- For the 4 holes of 11 mm, 8 mm wafer head screws are suitable.

- For the 4 holes of 11 mm, 8 mm wafer head screws are suitable.

- Angle bracket, screws, drill, tape measure, Carpenter's pencil and a wood drill bit to pre-drill.

Location 

• Use a tape measure to accurately measure where you want to install your angle bracket 
  

Marking

• Use a Carpenter's pencil to mark the spots where the Angle Bracket mounting holes should be.
  These markings indicate where you will later drill the holes for the Angle Bracket.

Pre-drilling 

• Pre-drill at the marked locations. Make sure the drill bit is smaller than the size of the screws you will use. Use a wood drill bit. You do this to prevent the wood from splitting when you go to secure the screws. 

Place and check

• Place the Angle bracket in the right place over the pre-drilled holes and tighten the screws firmly. And lastly, check that everything is securely installed.
