With these roofing screws, installing roofing sheets is an easy task. The screws have been coated with a RAL 7016 anthracite layer and are made of galvanised steel. Galvanised steel is incredibly strong as well as rust-resistant. Due to the colour coating, they will match best with anthracite roofing sheets. The roofing screws come with a 14 mm EPDM-ring that creates a watertight seal. To tighten the screws, you will need a spanner.

Installing metal roofing sheets

Install metal roofing sheets yourself with our roofing screws. Simply place the screws in the valleys of the roofing sheet, i.e., the part where the water will flow down. The bottom row requires a screw in every valley. Above that, use screws every other valley. An example: if in row two you put a screw in the second and fourth valley, the third row should be fastened in the first, third, and fifth valley, and so on. Fastening the roofing sheets like this creates a more secure roof. 

The sides of the roof are where the metal roofing sheets catch the most wind. We recommend placing screws in every valley around the edges of the roof, so the wind cannot get hold of the roofing sheets.

These roofing screws are so-called tek screws, which means they are self-drilling. Pre-drilling is therefore not necessary, saving you a lot of time.
