Mounting the Anti-Climb Strip on the Side of the Fence

This anti-climb protection differs from a standard anti-climb strip because of the way it is attached. You attach this anti-climb strip to the side of your fence, wall, or eaves. The metal strips are 100 cm long and have 20 points of 5 cm length. The lower mounting strip with 5 mounting holes is also 5 cm long, bringing the total height to 10 cm. It is possible to shorten the strip with a hacksaw.

Attaching Anti-Climb Strips

In total, our anti-climb strips for side mounting have 5 mounting holes. The mounting holes have a diameter of 7mm. It is best to use our 6 mm screws for mounting these strips on wood. Do you want to mount it on hardwood? Then pre-drilling is recommended. Pre-drilling is possible with our hardwood drills, use a 5mm hardwood drill for these 7 mm holes.

It is also possible to mount the anti-climb strips on a stone wall. Drill holes in the wall at the desired location with our hammer drill SDS-plus 6 x 110 mm. Fill the holes with our 6 x 30 mm nylon plugs and screw in the anti-climbing strip with, for example, our 5 mm full-thread screws.
