Beam Brackets with Flange

Wovar supplies beam brackets with flange in the sizes: 4.5 x 9 cm beams / 4.5 x 12 cm beams / 4.5 x 14.5 cm beams / 5 x 10 cm beams / 5 x 15 cm beams / 6.3 x 16 cm beams / 6.3 x 17.5 cm beams / 7 x 17 cm beams / 7 x 19.5 cm beams / 7 x 22 cm beams / 7.5 x 22.5 cm beams. These strong beam brackets are also called heavy beam supports. The long flange makes it possible to embed the beam bracket when erecting walls.

Looking for brackets with a CE Quality Seal? Then take a look at our joist hangers. Do you want a beautiful black finish to your construction? Then take a look at our black beam brackets. Are you attaching your beam bracket to an existing beam? Take a look at our beam brackets without flange. Also, order our carriage bolts, coach screws, or construction lag screws directly to complete your order!

Beam Brackets with Flange

Beam brackets with flange are made of galvanised steel, which makes the beam support bracket very strong. The many screw holes in the beam bracket allow you to mount the beam support securely, making them suitable for heavy-duty structures. Wovar beam brackets do not have a CE Quality Seal and have not been tested for their load-bearing capacity. If you would like beam support with a CE Quality Seal, take a look at our joist hangers. Because the beam bracket is much narrower than a joist hanger, you can place the beam close to a standing wall, this is not possible with joist hangers. Does a hidden wood connection seem more attractive to you? Then choose our new invisible beam brackets.

Mounting a Beam Bracket

The beam bracket with flange makes it possible to brick in the beam support when erecting a wall. Then use a plug to fix the beam bracket into the solid stone. In timber frame construction, it is not possible to attach the beam brackets with a plug, so use our galvanised chipboard screws instead. Do you want to attach the beam support to an existing construction? Then use our beam brackets without flange.

In addition to these beam brackets, Wovar also supplies shelf brackets, roof trims, and post holders.
