Replace your door cylinder lock

This euro cylinder has a diameter of 30 mm and a total length of 60 mm. The profile cylinder has a hole for the cylinder screw provided, which is located below the carriage. From this point the distance to the end of the cylinder on both sides is 30 mm. For security reasons, it does not matter which side should face outwards, as both sides are equipped with drill protection. This profile cylinder comes with 3 keys and a cylinder screw.

Replacing a cylinder lock is easy. If you open the door and look at the face side of the door, you will see a screw with a Phillips head that secures the cylinder in the mortise lock. Loosen this screw and the cylinder will come out of the lock. Then insert the key into the cylinder and turn it a little Piece to loosen the cylinder by pulling gently.

With the old cylinder lock removed, you can now fit the new cylinder lock. Insert the key into the cylinder and turn it a little Piece to lower the Black "carrier" into the cylinder. Then insert the cylinder lock into the door lock. As soon as you can lock the door, the cylinder lock is in place and you can secure it with the fastening screw.
