Cabinet locks with cylinder from Wovar are the same size as the Popular Nemef 1200 series. The cabinet lock is made of Galvanised Steel. The mandrel size is 50 mm and the depth of the lock case, including faceplate, is 80 mm. The Rounded faceplate is White in colour and has a size of 20 x 174 mm. When you insert a cylinder in the built-in lock and turn the Key, the dead bolt protrudes approximately 15 mm. On figure 2 we have made a clear overview of the dimensions of the cabinet lock.

Cylinder cabinet locks are mainly used in cabinet doors and only have a deadbolt. Therefore, only two positions are possible: door open or door locked. Half cylinders are usually used in these locks. The cylinder hole is often drilled through in the door. When the knob shield with profile cylinder hole is then installed, the back of the cylinder is seen on the inside of the Closet door. To prevent this, there are two solutions:- do not pierce the cylinder hole - install a completely blind counter shield on the inside. Securing the whole thing with patent screws will give you a solidly mounted cabinet hardware.
