These Galvanised chipboard screws are 3 mm thick and 40 mm long. Thanks to the Galvanised Steel these screws are made of, they are extremely strong. You secure the screws using a Torx-10 bit. The extra deep impression ensures that your tools will not slip while screwing them in.

The full thread screws 3 x 40 mm are supplied in boxes of 200 pieces and feature special milling ribs. Combined with the Flat countersunk head, this ensures a virtually invisible fixing. To ensure the wood does not split when screwing in and to make it easier to drill the screw into the wood, the screw is equipped with a special TY-17 tip. This eliminates the need for pre-drilling in Softwood. When using hardwood, we do recommend pre-drilling with a 2 mm thick hardwood drill bit.
