Adjustable post holder black

The post holder is made of galvanised steel and consists of three parts: a top plate 11 x 11 cm, a bottom plate 13 x 13 cm, and a middle part that allows you to adjust the height.  The minimum height of the post holder is 10 cm, the maximum 15 cm. However, we recommend always keeping the post holder slightly below its maximum height. This is because at their maximum height, the post holders tend to be less stable.

Installing an adjustable column base

When installing a column base on a concrete surface, start by determining the position of the post holder. Next, mark the mounting holes, and then drill holes in the concrete with a hammer drill 10 mm. Take the bottom plate of the post holder. You can detach it simply by twisting it. Use 4 anchor bolts M10 to secure the bottom plate. 

When attaching a column base to a wooden post, start by holding the top plate to the bottom of the post. Next, mark the mounting holes, and then drill the holes in the post. Secure the top plate with 4 coach screws 10 mm. 

You can now attach the top plate to the bottom plate again and position the post at the exact height required.
