Door handle on backplate Aluminium PC85 - Straight model

Door handle on shield needed? This door handle on shield is made of Aluminium and has a PZ size of 85 cm. In this model the door pin is already fixed in one of the door handles, this ensures a firm grip. This door handle on shield is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This simple model is very easy to install. The distance between the Door handle backplate and the top of the door handle is 5.6 cm. The dimensions of the included shields are 22 cm long, 4.1 cm wide and 0.7 cm thick. The door handle pin that is fixed in the door handle protrudes 8.5 cm. This ensures that the maximum door thickness is 6.4 cm when using the screws provided. Do you use the patent screws? Then the maximum door thickness is 5.3 cm. The minimum door thickness is 4.8 cm. The screws are 2.9 x 0.4 cm and the patent bolts 6 x 0.4 cm with a matching patent sleeve of 2 x 0.5 cm. The PZ size is 85 cm.

This set consists of 2 door handles, one of which has the door handle pin fixed in it. This set includes 2 Aluminium Door handle backplates with a keyhole. To secure the door hardware, 8 screws and 4 patent bolts are included; you can choose whether to use the 8 screws or the 4 patent bolts. Fixing hinges on shields

• Step 1: Hold the mortise lock tightly next to the milled hole and mark the door handle holes and the lock holes. Do this on both sides of the door. Note:The Mortise Lock is not included, so make sure that you have a mortise lock with the same PZ size as the shield!
• Step 1: Bend the mortise lock tightly next to the milled hole and mark the lock holes.
• Step 2: Drill the marked holes on both sides for the door handle and cylinder.
• Step 3: Hold the Door handle backplate in place and mark off the 4 screw holes. Do this on both sides.
• Step 4: Pre-drill the holes with a 2 mm hardwood drill bits. See corresponding articles.
• Step 5: Place the Door handle backplate on the door and secure it with the screws or patent bolts provided.
• Step 6: Push the door handles into the mortise lock and tighten the fixing ball.
