This Wovar door handle with shield features a beautiful Black Powdercoating and has a PZ size of 85 mm. The pc size means: The heart-to-heart distance between the handle hole and the keyhole. This set consists of 2 door handles measuring 10.6 x 1.5 cm. The distance from the shield to the top of the handle is 5.5 cm. 2 Door handle backplates measuring 22 x 2.9 cm with a thickness of 0.8 cm. A door handle pin of 9 cm ensuring that this door hardware is suitable for a door of minimum 3.7 cm and maximum 5 cm. 4 phillips head screws measuring 2.5 x 0.4 cm with a Black Coated head. 2 fixing balls that you use to secure the door handle to the door handle pin. Finally, this set contains 1 allen keys of 3 mm to tighten the fixing balls with.

Mounting black door hardware PC85

Take your mortise lock and hold it next to the milled-in lock case in the door and mark the door handle holes and lock holes. Note: This set does not include a mortise lock, make sure your mortise lock has the same PZ size as the shield, in this case 85 mm. Now drill out the drawn holes on both sides. Now you can put the Door handle backplate in place and mark off the screw holes. Now drill the 4 holes for, place the door handle backplates in place and tighten them with the screws provided. Finally, push the door handles into the door and tighten the fixing balls firmly.
