With the backplate or mounting plate, you can fix the door knob to the door without any screws showing. We call this blind mounting.

Installing a door knob

Installing the aluminium door knob is made easy with the three provided screws. The backplate has already got three mounting holes. We recommend pre-drilling the holes in the door with a 2.5 mm hardwood drill bit. After attaching the backplate, you can secure the knob with the Allen key and bolt. The diameter of the knob is 55 mm, allowing for a solid grip.
