Securing the plank to the brackets is done with two 4 mm screws, which are not included. The length of the screws depends on the mounting holes. This is because the holes are at different depths inside the bracket. One at 18 mm, and the other at 40 mm. The length depends on how much of the screw you want in the wood. An example. An 18 mm plank with the 18 mm mounting holes will need a 30 mm screw. With the second mounting hole, you would need a 50 mm screw in this situation. You do not need any tools or other material to install these brackets. As soon as you mounted the rails to the wall, simply place the bracket in the designated slots. Take the hook at the back of the bracket, and insert them in the slot. Next, push the bracket down, so it clicks onto the rail. The shelf brackets have a load-bearing capacity of 55 kg per bracket, which adds up to 110 kg for two brackets.
