Set white drawer runners 500 mm

This set of drawer slides consists of two drawer slides and two drawer rails and is supplied excluding fasteners. But no worries, because our chipboard screws Galvanised 4.2 x 16 mm are easy to order in addition! All you need then is a screwdriver or drill, because with this type of screw there is no need to pre-drill.

Installing the drawer runners

The drawer runner (with the wheel at the back) is mounted against the bottom and sides of the drawer. Then mount the drawer rails (with the wheel at the front) parallel to the inside of the cabinet. 

When installing, keep in mind the required installation space. This is the space between the frame and the Drawers. In the case of these drawer slides, this is 12.5 mm on both sides. See image 3 for additional information.

Please also make sure that the drawer runners and the Surface area you mount them on is always straight. It is therefore wise to use a spirit level for this. No spirit levels yet? Then take a look in our category measuring tools.

And is your drawer (cabinet) made of Hardwood? Then we recommend pre-drilling the holes with a 3 mm hardwood drill bits.
