Make your own smooth and silent closing drawers with Wovar's ball bearing drawer runners. This is because Wovar's drawer runners feature a so-called ball cage with small balls. These balls ensure that your drawer opens and closes smoothly.

This set of drawer runners are suitable for drawers 550 mm deep and have a pull-out length of 555 mm. The load capacity is about 40 kg.

Silent drawer runners 550 mm

The ball drawer runner set consists of two drawer runners and two drawer rails 550 mm long and 45.5 mm high. However, these are supplied without mounting material and you should therefore order them yourself. We therefore recommend ordering our chipboard screws galvanised 3 x 16 mm.

The advantage of these screws is that they have a useful cutting point. This ensures that the screw turns easily into the wood without pre-drilling. You do this easily with a torx screwdriver with TX10 drive or with a drill with a TX10 bit. Hardwood can split faster if you don't do this. Please use our hardwood drill bits 2 mm.

How do I install charger rails?

Step 1: Pull out the guides completely.
Step 2: At the back of the inner rail you will now see a Black lever. Push this upwards to remove the rail from the guides.
Step 3: Now install the drawer runners at the desired height on the inside of the cupboard.
Step 4: Install the loose rail to your drawer, at the height of the drawer runners on your cupboard.
Step 5: Now slide the drawer with the drawer rails back into the drawer runners.

Important! Make sure that the drawer and drawer runners are always mounted straight. We therefore recommend using a spirit level for this. It is also important that the space between the drawer and the frame is at least 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm wider than the thickness of the guide.
