Espagnolette complete SKG** White - Per Set

Do you want to perfectly lock your double casement windows and doors? Then install these SKG-approved espagnolettes on the fixed door or window of your homes. Because the handle can be fitted both Left and Straight and the rods are shortened, this espagnolette lock will almost always fit. On doors with a total length of 250 cm, you do not even need to shorten the rods. Espagnolettes are also known simply spanjolettes and are available in Black, Aluminium and this luxurious White. Naturally, we supply all fasteners and a useful assembly manual. So you immediately have everything you need for a proper assembly without complicated cut-outs, large holes in your door or specific tools. You shorten the bars according to the size of your door, so this set is suitable for windows at least 53 cm high. Without shortening, doors up to 250 cm high are sufficient for this set. Always pre-drill the screw holes in your door using our 2.5 mm hardwood drill bits. The handle height for French doors is 105 cm, if you keep this, you do not need to make the lower rod to size.

You start by installing the lock which is fitted with the handle. Turn the handle at right angles to the length of the door so that the lock is in the "open position". You install the lock on your door with the screws provided, usually at a height of 105 cm. You then attach the 10 mm thick rods to the top and bottom of the handle lock, using the socket head screws provided. Next, you place the rod guides on your door, which will guide the rods well. Make sure that the rods are always mounted completely level for the best appearance. Finish off with the cover profiles supplied, after which you only need to install the strike boxes in your frame. You place these strike plates in the lower and upper lintel of your frame; recessed installation in these sills is preferred.
