Flathead Nails Galvanised - 2.3-2.5 x 45 mm - Roll 200 pieces
With these flat-headed ring nails on roll, you can install several gunwale boards up to 20 mm thick in no time. The Galvanised nails are enormously strong and provide a very secure fastening. These roll nails are connected at an angle of 15 degrees with Plastic. This makes these ring nails ideally suited for almost any air or drum tacker with a 15-degree magazine. If you still want to hammer in the nails yourself, this is also an option. This is because the nails can be easily removed from the Strip.
Use galvanised wire nails
.Using Wovar's roller nails, you can quickly and easily secure all kinds of facade material to your facade. Make sure that the length of the ring nail you are going to use is always at least 2.5 times the length of the board's thickness. Is your board 15 mm thick? Then use a ring nail at least 40 mm long. Also be aware that Wood is a natural Material and can therefore start to work with sudden temperature changes. Therefore, always ensure that you do not place the nail too tightly. You can determine this by setting the air pressure of your tacker properly. Before you start, shoot some nails into a Piece of leftover wood and adjust the air pressure until the nails are well enough in the wood.
Preferably use a maximum of 1 nail per board at a width of 90 mm. When using boards with a width of more than 90 mm, you may choose to shoot 2 nails per board one above the other into the board.
Please note! Galvanised nails are not suitable for tannic woods such as Douglas fir and larch, for example. If you use wood species containing tannic acid, always use A4 stainless steel nails. These can be found in our range of round head nails.
