A threaded rod, also known as anchor rods, threaded anchors or threaded rods, is a long bolt fully threaded. Threaded rods can easily be cut to length with a Hacksaw. Remove the burrs with a file so that the nuts can be screwed straight onto the threaded rod. 

These threaded rods M6 x 25 mm are made of galvanised steel and have a steel quality of 4.8. This means they have a tensile strength of approximately 40 kg per mm². These 4.8 Quality threaded rods are recommended for light applications such as hanging light fittings or securing gates and roller shutters.
