You can do this by clicking the gas strut onto the first cam and pulling the gas strut out fully. Once fully extended, snap the second still to the gas strut and dot the screw holes using a Carpenter's pencil. 

Once the gas strut is in place, you will notice that the flap opens at a 90° angle. Because of its beautiful Anthracite-coloured finish, this gas strut fits in with almost all interior styles.
