Drill an 8.0 mm hole in the beam as well as in the concrete or stone wall. You drill through the wood completely, this is best done with an 8.0 mm hardwood drill. The wall is pre-drilled with an 8.0 mm thick hammer drill. Make sure to pre-drill a hole of about 50 or 60 mm in the wall, depending on the thickness of the beam. To do this, use the formula plug length - wood thickness + 1 cm.

Then hold the plank in the right place and drive the hammer plug through the hole in the wall. By driving in the screw, it will expand the plug. This ensures that the impact plug is firmly fixed in the wall. Since the screw has a pz2 drive, it is easy to remove the screw afterwards.
