You can easily mount 5 x 15 cm beams with these very strong joist hangers made of galvanised steel. The joist hanger is easily screwed in through the 36 handy mounting holes and has a net inner size of 50 x142 mm. The outer size is 155 x145 mm. Joist hangers can be mounted on different surfaces. The most common surface is wood. When mounting our joist hangers on wood, use our super strong chipboard screws stainless steel or galvanized.

In the table below you will find the load capacity of this joist hanger. The load capacity applies to T-joints from wood to wood. The purpose of the abbreviations is indicated on the right. As you can see, the load capacity when using screws is many times higher than when using nails. The load-bearing capacity was tested with a total of 28 galvanised screws 5 x 35 mm. It is recommended to use a minimum of 4.0 mm screws. The load-bearing capacity for fastening with nails has been tested 4x40 mm threaded nails 28 pcs.
