The sleeve is thus 80 mm long and 12 mm in diameter. A sieve sleeve is often used in a hollow wall. Before filling the borehole with a chemical anchor, you must first push this plug into the wall. Inserting M6 Sieve Sleeve

As indicated, a mesh sleeve is placed when using a chemical anchor in a hollow wall. The sleeve becomes, as it were, the housing of the anchor. You simply press the sleeve into the wall after drilling a hole. You can then fill it from back to front with a chemical anchor. As you can see in the picture, the sleeve has a flap on the front. After filling the sleeve, press it firmly. Then you can screw the desired threaded rod into the anchor. Let everything harden well before loading it.
