When a cabinet has 2 opening doors without a centre post, these flush bolts are perfect. You place the flush bolts on 1 of the doors to create a good, solid Anchors for the other door. This other door can then be secured behind the door with our furniture flush bolts. Standardly, no fasteners are included as this strongly depends on the thickness of the door. We recommend our 3 mm thick Galvanised screws. Take into account the thickness of the flush bolts of 11 mm, then add 2/3rds of the thickness of your door. For example, is your door 4 cm thick? Then use our Galvanised screws 3.0 x 35 mm or a maximum of 3.0 x 40 mm. This prevents the screw points from coming through the door, but ensures that the flush bolts are properly secured. Make sure to place 2 edge sliders on a door, 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom of the door. Securing the edge sliders to the inside of the furniture, making sure the screws are the right length as shown above. By fitting the other door with flush locks, it can simply be opened from the outside and once opened, you can easily reach the lace bolts to operate them. Thus, your furniture door is invisibly locked as the flush bolts cannot be seen from the outside. The mounting holes are located in three places in the edge slide, through which you simply insert the 3 mm thick screws.
