How do you install this corner bracket? Place the joists properly in the corner bracket and mark the locations of the holes on the wood. Drill for this with a 6.0 mm hardwood drill bit. You then tighten the coach screws tightly with a 13 mm socket wrench or our universal socket wrench. Place a washer under the head of the lag screw, so that the powder coating of the corner bracket cannot be affected. Then place the cover cap over the lag screw. After these steps, your pergola will be fitted with a sturdy and stylish corner connection.
