Rubber Door Stops

Rubber door stops are a perfect and simple way to protect your door handles and walls against damage. Wovar's rubber door stoppers are perfectly suited to absorb the blow caused by opening doors. You can easily place a rubber stopper on the floor or on a wall. This makes them very versatile buffers that will perfectly protect your door handles and walls.

In our extensive range, you will find rubber door stoppers in many sizes and colors. So there is a suitable door stopper for every situation! Are you looking for a more elegant and modern doorstop? Then view our line of black door stops or stainless steel door stops.

Rubber door stoppers are a very simple and inexpensive way to protect your door handles and walls. The small doorstops are generally mounted on the wall exactly where the door handle touches the wall. While large rubber door stoppers in turn are more suitable for mounting on the floor. The lower the threshold, the lower the door stopper can be on the floor, so it is important to measure this well beforehand. We supply our rubber door stoppers without the mounting material, but of course, you can order all sizes of Torx screws and nylon plugs from our extensive collection!

Installing a Rubber Door Stopper

Rubber door stoppers are very easy to install. You also have the choice of mounting the doorstops on the wall or the floor. There is a hole in the middle of the door stoppers through which you can easily place a screw of 5 mm thickness and 50 mm length and screw it directly into a wooden surface. It is advisable to pre-drill laminate or parquet first with our hardwood drills

For mounting on stone or concrete, use our nylon plugs 8 x 40 mm. This ensures that the door stopper is firmly anchored to the stone or concrete. Pre-drill with one of our 8 mm thick hammer drills or concrete drills. Drill this hole about 5 cm deep. Then place the plug in the hole and screw the rubber door stopper into the plug. Now the door stopper is immediately ready for use!

Door Stops for Outdoors

The high-quality rubber makes this doorstop a perfect choice for outdoor use. Metal doorstops with a rubber head are sensitive to corrosion, something rubber obviously does not suffer from! If you do want to use the rubber door stopper outside, it is best to screw on the doorstop with a stainless steel screw of 5 x 50 mm from our line of A2 Stainless Steel Chipboard Screws. These also fit perfectly into the 8 x 40 mm plugs.
