The following parts are required for tensioning the canvas. A wedge bolt, which you fix in a stone or concrete wall. For wooden posts, you can use an eye plate. You mount a carabiner on it, with a turnbuckle attached to it. With the turnbuckle, you can tension the canvas in the desired position. On the other side of the turnbuckle, attach another carabiner and then secure it to the ring on the canvas. You can order shade cloth cleaner and impregnating agent with it for longer enjoyment and a cleaner shade sail. The HDPE fabric is, among other things, water permeable. In this way, there is no mould and the sail does not have to be hung at an angle to allow the water to run off. A gust of wind is also no problem because the fabric is also air-permeable.
