These drawer runners feature a so-called ball cage, which is why these drawer runners are also called ball bearing drawer runners. These ensure increased precision and speed when sliding drawers in and out.

The dimensions of these drawer runners are 300 mm long and 45.5 mm high. In addition, this set of drawer runners features a soft-close mechanism. This means that your drawers will always pull gently shut. Suitable for drawers 300 mm deep, this set of drawer runners has a pull-out length of 288 mm. The load capacity is approximately 40 kg. 

Soft-Close Drawer Runner 300 mm

This set of ball bearing drawer runners consists of two drawer runners, two drawer rails and is without  screws. We therefore recommend ordering these yourself. We therefore recommend using our chipboard screws galvanised 3 x 16 mm for this. The advantage of these screws is that you do not need to pre-drill screw holes. These screws are provided with a razor-sharp cutting point, making them easy to drive into the wood with a Torx screwdriver TX10 or TX10 bit in combination with a cordless drill.

Is your drawer (cabinet) made of Hardwood? Then we recommend pre-drilling just to be sure. This will prevent the wood from splitting. Use our hardwood drill bits 2 mm.

Mounting Soft-Close drawer tracks

Step 1: Pull out the tracks completely.
Step 2: At the back of the inner track you will see a Black lever. Push this upwards to remove the rail from the guides.
Step 3: Now install the drawer runners at the desired height on the inside of the cupboard.
Step 4: Install the loose rail to your drawer, at the height of the drawer runners on your cupboard.
Step 5: Now slide the drawer with the drawer rails back into the drawer runners.

Please ensure that the drawer and drawer runners are always fitted straight. We therefore recommend using a spirit level for this. In addition, it is important that the space between the drawer and the frame is at least 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm wider than the thickness of the guide.
