Window handle with cam and strike plates White 

The window handle is made of Zamac and is finished with a white epoxy coating. This makes the lock not only strong but also trendy. In addition, this lock has an SKG1 CE Certificate. This certificate for burglary prevention from the Police Quality Mark Safe Living (PKVW) is proof that the lock can withstand a standard burglary attempt of for 3 minutes.

This lock also has a cam. This is the protruding hook at the top of the window bar. This makes it possible to lock the window bar in a ventilation position, by turning the cam in the strike plates. This way you always have some fresh air in your home. 

The rotation direction of this window bar is left-handed. That means it is suitable for windows that are Left turning inside and Right turning outside. Please refer to the last picture.

Fixing a Window handle

1. Installing the strike plates with the corresponding underlay plate on the window frame and making sure they fit tightly to the window.
2. Determine the position of the window catch by dropping it into the locking case;
3. Make sure that there is a space of about 1.5- 2.5 mm between the locking case and the window catch so that the catch falls properly into the locking plate.
4. Fasten the window catch with 4 screws (4 x 50). Take care not to screw into the Glass on narrow frames. 
5. Check the functioning of the window catch, also in the ventilation position. If it works properly, you can install the rest of the screws.
